Welcome

The London North Consortium is based in the seven London boroughs that form our partnership. We work with state schools in and around north London to prepare suitable candidates for the employment based routes to Qualified Teacher Status.

Most of our work is carried out in the following Local Authorities: Barnet, Brent, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Waltham Forest. We also accept applications from state schools in Local Authorities and counties adjacent to our core geographical area and from schools in partnership with our lead organisation, Middlesex University. Areas where the Consortium has supported trainee teachers in the past are listed here.

Prospective candidates should be aware that, from the start of the 2012/13 academic year, all interviews, meetings and university-based training will take place at the Middlesex University Hendon Campus, situated at The Burroughs, NW4 4BT.
